Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TableAI platform. By accessing or using tableai-kr.com and the related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tableai-kr.com and the TableAI query service (collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by TableAI Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the Republic of Korea with registered offices at 337 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul 06212, Korea. By using the Service you accept these Terms in full. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
2. The Service
The Service provides a natural-language interface that interprets plain-language questions from authorised users, routes them to specified data warehouse systems (such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Amazon Athena), and returns formatted result tables. The Service:
- connects to your data warehouse using read-only credentials that you supply;
- does not write data back to your warehouse under any circumstances;
- does not store warehouse row-level data beyond the duration of a query session; and
- is provided as a software-as-a-service on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration and Access
To use the Service you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or have obtained appropriate parental or guardian consent where required.
- Each account is personal to the registered user; you may not share credentials across users beyond the seat limits of your subscription plan.
- Team plan accounts may designate administrators who manage member access and role-based permissions within the plan.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of any applicable Korean or international law or regulation;
- supply warehouse credentials without proper authorisation from the warehouse owner;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by mandatory law;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties; or
- use the Service to process personal information in a way that violates applicable data protection law, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
5. Your Data and Warehouse Content
You retain all ownership and rights to your data and to the data in your warehouses. By connecting a warehouse to the Service, you grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access that warehouse solely to execute queries on your behalf and return results to you. This licence is strictly limited to the technical operations required to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service to query warehouse data complies with any obligations you have to your own users, employees, or customers, including applicable data protection obligations.
Natural-language query inputs you submit are processed to generate and execute queries. We do not use your query content or warehouse data to train or fine-tune AI models without your explicit written consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interface design, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by Korean and international intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during the term of your subscription. No other rights are granted. TableAI, the TableAI logo, and associated marks are proprietary to the Company.
7. Subscription, Payment, and Cancellation
Access to paid tiers of the Service (Growth and Team) is subject to the applicable subscription fees published at tableai-kr.com/pricing.html at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which access reverts to the Starter free tier or ceases if no free tier is available. Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by mandatory applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, the Company disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that query results will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Mandatory statutory warranties under Korean consumer protection law are not affected by this section.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total cumulative liability arising from or related to your use of the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to the Company in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Korean law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any data-owner's rights in warehouse data you connect; or (d) your violation of applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you breach these Terms, if your subscription payment fails and is not remedied within 7 days, or as required by applicable law. Upon termination, your licence to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 12, and 13) will survive. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea. This does not limit your right to seek relief in courts with mandatory jurisdiction over consumer disputes in your country of residence where such rights cannot be waived.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Service with an updated "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, your remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
