Cookie Policy
TableAI Ltd ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates tableai-kr.com. This Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the TableAI platform, and supplements our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge the use of cookies as described here.
1. About This Policy
The TableAI platform is a professional data analysis tool used by analysts and operations teams to query their data warehouses using plain-language questions. Like most web-based services, we use a small set of cookies and browser storage mechanisms to keep the platform functional, measure performance, and remember your session preferences. This policy describes each category, the purpose, and how you can control them.
2. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognise your device, maintain your authenticated session, store interface preferences, and measure how the platform is used. We also use localStorage, which works similarly but stores data locally on your device without expiry unless cleared. We do not use these technologies to track your activity across unrelated third-party websites.
3. How We Use Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies and storage:
| Category | Examples | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session token, CSRF protection token, cookie-banner dismissal state | Session to 12 months |
| Preferences | Interface theme, last-selected warehouse source, query history page length | Up to 12 months |
| Analytics | Anonymised usage events (feature interaction, query volume by plan tier), self-hosted analytics only | Up to 13 months |
| Marketing | Not currently used | - |
4. Notice and Choice
Because we are a business-to-business service based in the Republic of Korea, our consent model is notice-based: strictly necessary and preferences cookies are required to operate the platform and are set automatically. Analytics cookies are set by default but you may opt out at any time using our cookie banner or by configuring your browser.
A cookie notice banner is displayed on your first visit to tableai-kr.com. Dismissing the banner records your acknowledgement. You can reopen the banner at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We do not place third-party advertising or retargeting cookies. Any analytics cookies we use are served from infrastructure we control or from providers acting as processors under data processing agreements that restrict their use of data to providing the contracted analytics service. We do not share cookie-collected data with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
6. Managing Cookies
You have several ways to control cookies on the TableAI platform:
- Cookie banner: use the "Cookie preferences" link in the page footer to reopen the cookie notice and opt out of analytics cookies.
- Browser settings: most browsers allow you to block, delete, or be notified before cookies are set. See aboutcookies.org for browser-specific instructions. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in or using the platform.
- Device settings: on mobile devices, operating-system settings may also allow you to limit cookie use by apps and browsers.
7. Changes and Contact
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the technologies we use. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any change. For questions about our cookie practices, contact:
